Yes, your overstay will be forgiven. What happened to whomever sponsored your studies?

Your sponsor was supposed to pay for your studies, it is not important to me, but it will be to the immigration officer who interviews you.

        Option A, for your I-485, part 2.

You must file both I-130 and I-485 at the same time to the Chicago Lockbox.

That is the application process and it will tell you all of the forms you need to file.

I can not read the officer's probable state of mind or questions in the future. More likely he will be interested in your relationship with your wife and proving that it is a real marriage, but... he may be interested in why your sponsor did not pay school, as that was the purpose of him sponsoring you.

Hey seriously, thank you very much for all this help, i am not very familiar with thewebsite, but i think it is a good tool.

well I have another question. In the form G-325A... Are they gonna kinda to give them a call and ask them if i was a normal person, how my relation to other people was, or ask the apt complex manager questions about me, something like, Did you have any kind of problem with this person, did pay the rent on time, thinsg like that ???

By the way, I am a girl.

I do not know if they would go that deep into asking questions to people. But you SHOULD NOT LIE to USCIS under ANY circumstance.
