My Tax Returns shows a gross salary of 52100
(thats salary is for 3 years )
I dont hv any tax return or any W2s for previous 2 years,
at the time of filing my H1B we mentioned the following in salary column
Rate of Pay $16 - 20 Per Hour
Working Hours 20 - 30 Hrs per week ( Part Time Employee )
At the time of 485, we did not submit any of my Tax Return or W2,
My Question is
1. For 485, if RFE comes for tax Return,
this tax return should be fine or not ?
can we explain to CIS, that salary paid to employee for 3 years
together in last year,
2. I applied for H1 transfer before 9 months of my H1 expiration,
does this going to help in this situation to prove that i was
in process of starting new employment,
( After getting EAD we withdrawn H1 transfer )
