CHANGE OF ADDRESS

My service center is VSC. 4 months ago, I changed address (same city and state). I filled-up AR-11 and sent it to (as indicated on the INS website and form):

Immigration and Naturalization Service
HQ ORM
425 I Street NW
ULLICO 4th Floor
Washington, DC 20536

I read in here that I should have sent it to:

U.S. Department of Justice
Immigration and Naturalization Service
Vermont Service Center ATTN: Address Change
75 Lower Welden St.
Saint Albans, VT 05479

Should I sent a new AR-11 to the VSC address?
