Stuck in name check

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need some help with my pending I-485 case as derivative adjustment under EB3 category.
at the INS office I was told my case is clear Name Check is cleared and Finger Printings are good..
My case is beyond normal processing time theu NSC .

I am not sure where my case is stuckup and what I need to do to have them make decison on my case.

Any Reponse, opinions, advice, thoughts are highly appreciated.
