    Filed 485 and Employer stopped payments

    Hi ,

    I am sending this mail regarding the employer payments issues which i have . Ever Since i have filed my I485 MY EMPLOYER has stopped paying my salary and when i asked him last time the reply which i got from him was shocking. He said he will cancel my I140 and send me termination letter if i bug him for my salary . My client is paying him regularly .

    Please help as i am going thrugh a mental trauma and my friend suggested me to contact you guys for this issue.

    You can complain to Dept of Labor for your salary.

    But he can cancel your I-140, terminate you and that will create a big problem.

      but what if he already has an approved I-140?
