I-485 by marriage - What name to use?

Hi,

I have a question about name in my passport vs. name on I-485.

My name as in my passport is Grace Pohlmann, which is my name from a previous marriage. I have been divorced for a year and a half now, and have long since reverted to my maiden name. But my passport and visa still carry my married name.

I am now getting married again here in the US and am going to file a I-485 based on that marriage.

My question is, on the I-485, should I still use the name Grace Pohlmann, since it is the name on my passport? Or can I use my maiden name of Grace James?

I would be extremely grateful if someone could helpme out at the earliest.
