I-485 Pending
Hi,
My status is EB-3 I-485 pending,
I-140 Approved,
Priority Date October 18 2004,
Finger Print Taken at July 3 2007
I think my medical report is lost so I sent it again and after that, I have received below email from USCIS. Does that mean my application is getting finalized? 60 days has passed after October 13th 2007 still haven't received anything in mail, does it take longer ? When should I expect a result?
Please advise. Thank you....
