  • RFE on Medical records and missing in post

    Hello all,

USCIS has issued an RFE on my medical records for(tb skin test) . Lawyer had received the packet, but when they FedEx'ed the package to my address, they are missing. FedEx is not able to track the package.
What are my options at this time? Can I do a fresh medical exam and send it to the USCIS? Or do I need to inform USCIS and act accordingly?

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Ask your lawyer if he made a copy of the RFE letter, you need a bar code in that letter, to mail the requested evidence to USCIS and so they can scan it and file it properly, otherwise you will need to notify USCIS and ask them to send you a new one.

go and get a FULL I-693 exam and send it with a copy of the RFE.

I went to the previous doctor and requested to do TB skin test.As per the records earlier I told him that I had skin test positive, So now the doctor is saying that he cannot do skin test again, instead had written a comment on I-693 form that "positive PPD previously".

This is the comment that he had already mentioned on the I-693 form before I had a query, Now he had again written the same comment on the I-693 form and gave me the sealed envelope.
Does the USCIS going to accept this form with out performing skin test and with a comment "positive PPD Previously".

          Any advice is appreciated.
