Interuption of Service by IMMIGRATION!

I am a USC and married to a PAKI citizen. While waiting for our I130 interview, immigration picked up my husband who after 2 weeks and 1 day is out on bond. But that means now we have to re-file our case in court.

1. can I do this w/out attorney?
2. Has this happened to anyone?

You are going to need to be A LOT more specific... if you want help... how did your husband enter, under what visa, what was he doing, etc.

You need a lawyer, BAD.
