Different names on documents due to marriage

Thank you very much for your response to my previous post. I have not fill out the forms yet. I wanted to ask about this before sending them. Was the best thing to do? Should I use my old or my new name when I fill out the forms for the adjustment of status? I guess I'm afraid of making my forms too confusing for the officer who revises them, and therefore, causing my case to take longer or raise any "red flags".
