Has some questions with regd to AC21
- Once after 6 months of my I-485 filing I switch my employment to employer "A" (using AC21). Lets say some things didn't work out & I decide to go to employer "B".
Question is
- Does the law allow multiple changes in employer in this sceanrio
(under AC21)
- What would be your practical recommendation
Also when I switch to employer "A" using AC21 can I do it on H1B or do I need to use EAD for it. What are the do's & dont's during this process apart from same job description & salary needs to be same or more.
