medical exam question...

Hi, I just received my interview notice for AOS application which I filed last Sept. 28, 2007. And one of the requirements to bring is medical examination, is this a new exam? Was the med. exam packet kept by the immigration upon entry (K1 visa) was different? Please help me, my interview will be on Feb. 27.

And does anybody have an idea how much is the cost for all of the medical exam? I appreciate it very much if you could send me info.

If you already submitted the medical exam (i-693) you do not need to do it again.

Thanks for replying. But I just wanna ask if this (form 1-693) is a different medical exam that I had for my fiancee visa? I don't know what is the form number when I had my medical exam before I came here, and that result was kept by the immigration at the port of entry.
