i485 motion how long

please i need a major help...

i applied for i 485 in may/2005 based on marrige, i went to the interview and everything went very well i was waiting for the green card as soon as the fingerprints were done,, but i got seperated with my wife so she stopped my application i got the denial notice aug/2007 and she stopped it in june/2007.. we got back togther in aug/2007 and i applied for a motion through a lawyer does anybody know how long the motion takes???

i 485 denied

it can take up to two years.....you maybe better off to file again as you will at least have an ead card.....and not be out of status
