Thanks in advance for any help and information.
I filed an I-130 for my wife in late July while she was still in France to begin the process of getting her to be able to come to the U.S. legally.
She has since come (November 2nd) for what was supposed to be a three week visit but has become an extended stay due to enjoying being together and the many holidays to be with family and such.
We've decided to apply for adjustment of status and we've got all the medical paperwork, work permit forms, support forms and the like ready. My question is this. Do I attach a full copy of my original I-130 or should I just copy the receipt notice from the USCIS that I received in August?
Thanks again for any help.
