  • AOS interview

My interview is scheduled for Feb. 14, 2008. I am a MC married to and USC. Our marriage is real and been married for almost 2 years. Living together for 4 years and have a son together.
I have filed all of our forms myself. We have an approved I-130 and hopefully will get my GC next month. Well, I made two mistakes on our G-325A forms. One on mine and one on his. On my form when it asks where you've lived in the past 5 yrs I listed the last address wrong. I put I was living in Laredo, TX and I was actually living in Waco, TX which is where I met my husband. On his I didn't put that he's been married before and divored. I left it blank because I didn't know the exact dates and then I forgot to fill it in. I have his divorce decree which we plan on taking to the interview with us. So my question is, will the immigration officer make a big deal about these mistakes? I am really nervous because I am afraid something bad might happendue to these mistakes.
Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have two new G-325a forms, with the errors corrected ready and signed and give them to the officer if he asks about it. Bring all of the evidence and explain what happened, you should be fine.

Thank you for your prompt answer.
I will get two new G-325A and fill them correctly. I really hope this will not be a big deal and our interview goes well.

I have one more question, does the I-864 affidavit of support have to be notarized?

Thank you for your advice, PraetorianXI.

No. the I-864 does NOT need to be notarized. But it should have been submitted already.
