interview in 5 days, please help!!

My interview is on january 30th, 2008 because i am married to a USC. Everything went well, my application for employment authorisation have been approved and it went so fast. My fear right now is that i have a misdemeanor on my record not too long ago and i am still on probation which is ending October 2008. Is this going to complicate my case? what should i do? Please give me some advices?

Hi!

I know it's hard when people don't answer to our questions but sometimes it might be because they just don't know...
Anyway, in my humble opinion, in your case you should be fine as long as you have mentioned your misdemeanor in your I-485 form and that you are complying with all the proceadures that involve that (I really have not idea what they are though).

Thank you so much Salvador!! Actually i just came back from the interview and i think we did fine because it did not last long. But we did not get any decision, the agent said that the decision will be mailed to us. So I am really scared and confused right now. Hopefully everything will be fine.
