Guys,
What should be the priority date on the finger print notification for i485 application?
I have received my finger print notification and it shows that the priority date as the Receipt Date of my 485 application.
Is this correct or do I need to talk to the IIO?
When I checked with my attorney, he says that since the priority date is current it should not matter and he also said that he has seen the same in many cases.
Please advice.
