I am a US citizen and I am engaged to an Indian Citizen who lives in Bolivia. She is going to be in the US on a visitor visa to visit her family shortly. We plan on getting married here in the US during this time.
Can I then apply for an adjustment in status (or apply for spousal immigrant visa) while she is still here in the US?
What do you advice?
