Can incorrect photos cause delay to AOS ?

My lawyer, who has been a nightmaire, informed us yesterday that when she submitted our adjustment of status, travel authorisation and work permit that she did not have enough photos from us (she only requested 1 each) and so she took a colour photocopy and fixed this to the travel and work permit! Will this cause our application to be rejected?
Also she is charging us for photocopies! And is it normal that she charges for lawlogix system access and postage fees in addition to her exorbitant fee?

If I were you I would get my money back and speak to your state's bar and file a complaint.
