Vaccination requirements

I recently contacted a doctor regarding Vaccination requirements for change in status. I am a UK citizen and am 46 years old I was advised that the only records required were Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Tet**** & Diphtheria toxoids.

This is different to the ones listed, can you advise if this is correct and all that is required by immigration.
