How long can I stay if my I-485 got disapproved? My H1-b expired already, if my I-485 got disapproved, can I reapply H1-B again?

You said your H-1 expired, does that mean your six year limit is over? In that case and 485 denial, you can not stay in the US anymore. If you had H-1 time left (means you used EAD before the end of six years), you may apply for H-1 agani, but will be granted for the remaining time in the six year limit.
