Changing employer

Hello,

I have a question on applying for I-485. I am employed with a Company A. I wanted to know as to how many days I need to stay with this company after applying for I-485, before i move to Company B? I am still on a valid H1B1 status. I do not want to apply for EAD.

Is there a fixed Number of days that i need to stay after I have applied I-485?

Please help me with my concerns.
