I have an inquiry on the adjusment of status sample letter. I stumbled upon your website and i wanted to use your sample letter to upgrade my brothers and my mothers' cases. My father was a permanent resident and became a U.S. citizen a few weeks ago. Now i understand that i have to send the letter with the already explained copies. My only concern is that since we were placed on category 2 and now we are going to be placed on category one. Can i ask for us to stay in category 2 because the time is becoming closer to our priority date rather than category 1? Please help i'm a little confused.
