Advice needed badly

We got married last year in Florida, in a month I found out that his exgf is pregnant and the baby is his. I accepted that. So, she had a baby girl, and my husband gave her his last name. he supports his exgf giving her money every month.

In oct 07, we went to interview -everything went ok, though we got separated. and I received my gc right after the interview. it is conditional for 2 years.

Now, I got a job offer in VA, and he is strongly refusing to go with me to VA becusae his baby is in FL and he cant be that away from her. at the same time, I couldnt decline this offer- it was too good to say no, and I moved to VA myself.


PLEASE, ADVICE ON THIS. when we start filing I751, how this will reflect to nterview in a 2 years? we are love each other, call to each other every night- but he is not moving to me.

If you are separated. You can not file i-751 jointly.

It will not look good before USCIS that you "love each other" but... he lives far away from you because his daughter with another woman lives somewhere else...

You HAVE TO LIVE WITH HIM!!!

Oh, my gosh, you have to live with him, or you are going to have to go through A LOT and COSTS A LOT!!! In my case I haven't even got a 2yr GC, but my husband and I have been married for over two years already so once GC is issued it'll be 10yr one; anyway we DO love each other, but we didn't live together because he had to support his child with his ex; at the 2nd interview, the immigration officer didn't believe us even with gazzilion number of minute of phone call records, restaurant receipts, hotel receipt, friends & co-workers & restaurant servers who work at the restaurant we go together very often. Now we have to go through court, hiring 2nd attoney spending almost 10G. Please do NOT go through tough time like us! Forget about job, if you want to get it DONE!!! --- Well, your husband HAS TO LOVE YOU for sure, also... In the interview you guys have to answer EXACTLY same, you will fail if you and your husband answer differently for more than three questions (that's what happened to us for the 2nd interview)...
