At the point when granting Green Card, I heard USCIS may RFE request for employment (?). What exactly do they me to provide? Just employment letters? Or need pay stubs too? Do they ask for 1st & most recent pay stubs or one most recent payroll will be fine.
Does anyone have solid information on this? Appreciate the help.
In my case, I-140 was approved and I-485 submitted for over 180 days, then I plan to invoke AC-21 transfering to a new employer with the same job.
