Help!-Can my wife change employers

Hi, My I-485 is pending. I included my wife in my application as well. We both hold H-1B and we both have recieved our EAD + AP. I have the following questions:
1. Since my wife is not the primary I-485 applicant, can she change jobs/employers and work under a new H-1B under the new employer?
2. As an alternative, can she abandon her current H-1B when she leaves her current employer and work with her EAD for a new employer?
3. If any of the above is possible, which one is a better/safer option?

she can use either option. the safest is to transfer her H1.
