Filling for 485 and the company closes business

Hi have a small but important question.

140 approved. Will be filling for 485 say july 07 with the same employer as it's current.The employer goes out of business in august 07 within one month. In the mean time i have already switched my H1 in july 07 with a new company so keep my status valid so that's not a problem. And i get my EAD approval from my previous company and i wait for 6 months and then switch jobs (while the company was closed 4 months ago) so i was forced to leave. Will i still get my GC or will this be a problem

I think you still can get the GC from this process because
you still follow the rule of AC21 Portability as below:
- I140 approved
- I485 has been filed and pending for 180 days
- new job same/similar as the job

I have the similar case, please let me know if i wrong or missing something, thank you
