Hi my question is how much doc should charge for medical exam? I do not have an record from my homecountry regarding vaccinations......

they are allowed to charge whatever they want.

Since you will need all of the tests and all of vaccinations done, it will probably be from $ 250 - 450.

You can call an USCIS civil surgeon, ask what tests and shots you need and get them done at your local health department. And take the results to the civil surgeon for the exam, it will be a LOT cheaper this way.
