Hi Team,
My wifes name is one way as per the passport/transcripts/marriage
certificate but when they issued birth certificate they have made it another way an additional character 'H' has been added ,because in Malayalam they don't have character as 'DU' . Can I submit the BC when I file 485 along with an affidavit from her father stating what his daughters name is.Affidavit means stamp paper document sworn in front of First class magistrate.
So please advice .
