I am sorry to hear this, but I have not heard of such thing as a "expedited interview". As far as I know, you have to "wait for your turn" but you can call USCIS costumer service and ask.

Is she the US citizen or the alien seeking permanent residency? and why exactly do you need an expedited interview?

no she is US citizen, I am seeking LPR status.... and why? well so I can get a job with benefits since she has no medical insurance...... She might need a chemo therapy and we can not pay that "out of pocket"!

i am not trying to accuse you of anything, i am just assessing your needs.

like I said, I am unsure about being able to get the interview speeded up... but you can get your work authorization expedited. You will need to make an infopass (https://www.immihelp.com/infopass-ap...nt-with-uscis/) appointment to speak with an immigration officer at your local district office.

explain the situation, bring proof (of the cancer, letter from a doctor, etc) and request them to send an expedite request to the NBC (National Benefits Center) and if they comply, you should have your work permit within 30 days... which means you could get a job, with benefits and such.

Again, I am sorry you two are going through this and I hope the best for you two.
