I went to the one in Anaheim. nice place, plenty of parking in the back.

Appointment : I called on Monday and got an appointment for Thursday the same week.
COST : $170 This includes (Exam, Blood tests, Shots, TB test etc.) Extra $50 : For chest x-ray Because I tested positive on the skin test.

(I already had my Measles and Rubella done else where and they accepted my proof so I did not have to pay for that too)

TB Test reading done on Saturday

I received the I-693 report completed in a sealed envelop on Tuesday.

They were pretty nice and not lot of waiting time, I paid $220 but if you can bring the proof of your valid required vaccinations from elsewhere, it will cost you even less.
