company closed > Changing employer
My I140 approved & my I485 filed and receipt date = 7/30/07 (180 days = 1/26/08) an than the employer/company closed end of January 2008.
I'm going to do the changing employer (AC21) My question is:
- How much time do i have to submit the new empoyer?
consider the previousemployer is closed
- What kind of document do i need to submit for this process?
- Is this changing employer is gonna slow my GC process?
(If my priority date available next month)
- if the my priority date dan processing time become available,
how much longer until i receive the GC?
