Change of status from H1 to F1

What are the requirements if I am changing status from H1-B to F1. where do i start...Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Note that H-1 is 'intent to immigrate' visa, F-1 is not. So, you can apply 485 on H-1, not on F-1. Since this is a 485 forum, assuming you are in the process of GC, check with the attorney to clarify this.
