Hello, . To keep it brief, here is the situation.
*Employer filed for my Green Card(EB3) 140 approval in June 07
*485 Pending Sept 07
*Employer sold the company Oct 31. New Owner agreed to continue application, and we RE-SUBMITTED I-140 which was received Jan 08.
* New Employer Cut my salary by 12k and will not adhere to prevailing wage when GC is processed. They are able to pay me less now because before I was on a TN Visa where there is no prevailing wage req.
I have no choice but to wait until the GC is processed(it has also become a hostile working environment), but since they are not going to pay me prevailing wage, do I still have to stay at the company for at least 6 months?? Will that have any effect on me applying for Citizenship later? This circumstances are unique.
What are the chances that they will deny my 485 application or the I-140 because the company changed hands?
