    Fee for I-485 packet?

    Hi,just wanna double check,it is for AOS through marriage... fee is $1010 for I485 aplication + $355 for I130 petition so iit comes to $1365 in total. am I right????? thx ahead....

    That is correct. Just make sure you send 2 separate cheques.

        can these cheques be from my account? I mean can I send them a cheque for I130 from my acc. (my wife has separate acc. and she is a patitioner..?
