Im tryin to confirm what i think i read on USCIS site. Im applying for adjustment of status....after arriving in the states a visitor and marrying a citizen.

Is it correct that i apply for aos and no longer have to pay for the work authorisation form?

    Thanks for your help

the fee for the work permit (EAD I-765) and travel permit (AP I-131) are included in the the fee for AOS (I-485). So you are already "paying" for it. $ 1,010.

i told you what it is, it is a travel permit... called advance parole (i-131) it is a permission to travel outside of the USA before you receive your green card. Otherwise you may abandon your petition for adjustment of status.

You will be paying $355 for I-130 and $1,010 for I-485.

sorry i didnt know about the travel permit. but thanks for telling me

And i certainly didnt know i had to pay for i-130. I thought it was just i-485, work authorization form and medical form.

So i have to pay $1,365 when sending forms?!

            Thanks
