RFE-- how much delay will this cause?

hello everyone

today i checked the AVm and finally the message changed but it now says that INS has mailed a letter requesting further evidence/information.

given that i have yet to receive the letter and then it will probably take some time to mail info back to INS- i will already be delayed.

does anyone have any idea how much this will delay my case at INS??? is this an extra few weeks, 2-3 months, 6 months...???

generally it takes 2 months after RFE is recorded in AVM.
