I-864 For Praetorian Xi

Hi,

I have the following two questions:

PART 5G
My husband and I both want to sponsor for my mother.

What do I fill in part 5g of I-864 if my husband is co sponsoring my mother.
I am married and have 3 kids + my mother. (that is 6 household members)

Do I add my husband again in 5g and make the total 7?

Does he need to send a seperate I-864?


PART 25
I started my jb from Jan 2008 and therefore havent filed Fed income tax returns. However my husband has always filed jointly for us. What do I do regarding part 25?
