I have a a few related questions regarding the background information form G-325A. I am a US Citizen with an alien spouse and we are just beginning the process for obtaining permanent residency and then hopefully her citizenship in the future.
In an application package which includes I-130 and I-485, I understand that I need to submit two copies of G-325A in support of each document (I-130 and I-485), one from myself and one from my spouse. On form G-325A, in the section (line or section 10) with the stem statement: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:", in support of the I-130 form, do I check Other and write in Petition I-130 and my spouse check Status as Permanent Resident? Also, in support of the I-485, would both of us check Status as Permanent Resident?
