Applying for AOS on Monday

I have everything competed except for the medical form as I can not get the physical until the HIV test comes back which will put my husband on the verge of being out of status. Can we file without the medical and then supply it either when we get an RFE or at the interview stage?

You can supply the medical exam when they send you an RFE for it.
You can not do this at the interview.

However, why not wait until you get the medical done? otherwise your case will be delayed (a lot more than having just waited for getting it done) and processing will stop thanks to the RFE.

my Husband will be out of status before the medical gets done if we wait for the HIV test etc to get done and he is worried that this will mean being deported whereas an RFE will just delay the process by a couple of weeks and he will be in status due to being under AOS checks? Is this correct and thanks again for your help
