Haven't filed I485

I came over on a K1 visa in May 2005, got married in 90 days. My husband didn't file my I485 because they wanted his W2s and he had some tax problems. I received a Employment Authorization document and SSN. Can we still file the I485 even though it has been 2 years?

You need to seek the advice of a lawyer. You are probably out of status, since you did not file for AOS rightaway.

You CAN file for AOS, but it seems like your situation is complicated, so go ahead and get a good immigration lawyer.
