Hello
Can my finance travel to the virgin islands or puerto rico for our honey moon?? He is coming to the US on a finance visa then applying for a green card after marriage?

Technically, he can not re-use his fiancee visa to leave the US and return again from the honey moon. But since PR and Virgin islands are part of US territories... I would say he can. I in the other hand would not take the risk.

Postpone the "big honey moon" to until he gets his GC or Advance Parole document.

I am from the us virgin islands, you can travel with id over there, never had them ask for a passport.
