Transfer my app?

I filed my 1-485 couple of months ago (on basis of GC through marriage) and already appeared for my biometrics in New York City. However, the current processing dates in NYC is 04/15/2007, in Newark, NJ is 09/05/2007.

Should I transfer my application to Newark in hope of getting an interview/approval earlier? Would it move with the original filing date?

To transfer your application you must live in a different zip code.

And to do such thing, will only cause a greater delay on things, do not go by the USCIS processing times, they are hardly ever accurate.

Just be patient, it is the only thing to do.
