Hi,

Here's my sorry story. Got married last year. My US citizen wife filed I-130 for me. I have been on H1B throughout. Got an EAD but never used it. So I stayed on my H1B even after the EAD getting approved. The marriage seems to be falling apart and we want to divorce. My AOS is still pending.

Can I withdraw my application and stay in US on H1 after getting divorced?
