A friend of mine who filed I-485 went to India due to personal reasons, he received his FP notice in March. He suppose to go for FP before June 14th. He came to know about the notice last week.
What he should do?
Is the local service center will alow him to take FP?
The FP notice says his case considered to be abandoned if doesn't take the FP before June 14, if So, what he should do?
Could some one please help us
