anyone pls help me....
i have a question regarding on filling out forms (I-485), i came to US on a fiancee visa(K1) on December 15, 2007, then i got married march 8, 2008, it's been a month since i got married and i have not file yet I-485, my question is it okay that i havent file I-485 yet and until when can i submit the application for adjustment of status?
also, since i am married now and i take my husband last name, should i write my husband last name as my last name when i fill out the form(I-485)and other forms (like SSN and EAD)? i am confused because u said the immigrant visa will be stamped in your passport, and my passport is expiring on June 17, 2008 and i still have my single name on there, what should i do? should i renew my passport first and change my passport into my married name?
