485 denied while travelling. What to do?
Hello,
I am citizen of a non-retro country (all dates are current). My 485 got accepted while my wife's got denied while she is travelling. Since my status has changed, she canot apply for H-4.
- Is Consular Processing the only way out now ?
- How long does that take ?
- Can I appeal for her ?
- Will she be refused entry into the US if decides to try her luck and fly (she has her AP) ?
