Currently on EAD (TN1 expired).
EB1-OR - oustanding researcher received a difficult RFE
Currently university is applying for PERM under special handling.
Will apply for an EB2 once PERM is in - around the time the RFE is due back.
Question:
How can a pending I485 (over 180 days) attached to the pending EB1-OR be transfered to a new I140 (the EB2).
No retrogression issues.
