Divorce 3 Weeks After Interview

well the interview went fairly well. the uscis officer stated that everything looked good..he should get a response within 8 - 10 weeks, so its still pending.now i'm 6 months pregnant, i'm due in july and hes already making plans to go back to visit his home country and don't plan on taking me. so now i know that this was all B-S he just planned on getting me tomgo to the interview get approved and start acting a fool. not caring about anybody but himself....there where warning signs, plenty of them i should have acted on them a long time ago.

too bad ,there are really a lot of user .next time make sure that he really loves you before petitioning somebody.i have a friend who have the same problem with you.i think there is nothing you can do coz you already had an interview.maybe you can still try going to uscis to tell them that you found out that he just used you.

dont worry about it...he's greencard is gonna be forfeited if you file a divorce...and if by any chance he's going back to his country he cannot comeback here in US...i just based it on reading articles on forums and immigration laws...correct me if i am wrong...tnx!

cid_sikat ..u are very wrong.his green card cannot be forfeited just because of the divorce.they can only revoke his green card when he tries to remove conditions after 2yrs...and they have to prove that the marriage was not bonafide..or that it was a scam marriage,which is hard because they already have a baby on the way.

raenasweets81 can you tell us some of the warning signs u ignored?...and do u honestly believe he married you just to get a green card?
