485 Approved but same company has filled new Labor

Hi,

While filling for I140 my title got changed. Even though my company contiued with my old process they had filled for new Labor and said they will interfile the 485 once they get the new Labor and I140.

Now the situation is I got my G card through my old GC Process and my new GC Process is still in Labor.

Please let me know if my GC is valid and can I change my job ?

What will happen to my new GC Process

Just go back to your old title/position for which the GC got approved even if that means a paycut (on paper or HR letter), stick to the same job for 6 months. Become a free bird after that.
